Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for ankylosing spondylitis; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ankylosing spondylitis in active phase; 3. Aged between 18 and 60; 4. Those who sign the informed consent form; 5. No other serious medical diseases, and cooperate with relevant examination and treatment; 6. Have not received Du-moxibustion, corticosteroids or immunosuppressants in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria of cases; 2. Female patients during pregnancy and lactation; 3. Mental patients, patients with sepsis, those with hypertension and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency and hematopoietic system diseases; 5. Other seronegative spondyloarthropathy, or patients with other rheumatic diseases.
