Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?All patients were diagnosed as damp-heat type of eczema of anus, and the diagnostic criteria were referred to Practical Anorectal Pathology; ?patients were aged 18-65 years; ?no immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, or cytotoxic drugs had been used in the last 2 weeks; ?no previous history of surgery for anorectal diseases; ?no abnormalities in anal morphology and function; ?informed about the study and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Combination of other skin diseases or anal diseases, such as urticaria, perianal acromegaly, etc.; ? Significant infection and exudation; ? Combination of severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency; ? Combination of serious primary diseases such as hematological system and immune system; ? Combination of psychiatric abnormalities; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Allergy to study drugs or severe allergy.
