Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Consistent with the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke in Western medicine; (2) Patients within 1 week of onset; (3) persons aged 35-75; (4) FuGL-Meyer scale score =99; (5) Patients with first stroke or recurrent stroke had completely returned to normal before the onset of the disease, that is, mRS score =1; (6) Informed consent has been signed by the patient himself or his legal representative before the clinical study begins;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intracranial hemorrhage diseases observed by head CT: patients with cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage; (2) Severe disturbance of consciousness: patients with NIHSS item score of 1a consciousness level > 1; (3) Transient cerebral ischemia; (4) Patients with cerebral hernia after admission; (5) Aphasia patients with stroke; (6) Patients with cognitive impairment: MMSE score: illiteracy =17, primary school =20, middle school and above =24; (7) patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure =200mmHg, diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg), diabetes (fasting blood glucose =10mmol/L after hypoglycemic drug treatment) and other diseases, which are still not controlled after treatment; (8) patients with claudication, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout arthritis and other diseases affecting limb activities; (9) Lack of clear imaging diagnostic evidence such as CT and MRI, or imaging diagnostic evidence is insufficient to confirm the diagnosis; (10) Excluding patients with brain lesions caused by brain trauma, poisoning, post-epileptic state, tumor stroke, encephalitis and serious dysfunction of vital organs; (11) those who do not cooperate with treatment;
