Interventions

Group T:After anesthesia induction, the bilateral Znli (ST 36) , Neiguan (PC 6) and Shangjuxu (PC 6) acupoints were transcutaneously stimulated with Huatuo SDZ-II electronic acupuncture apparatus, the
Group P:After induction of anesthesia, electrodes were pasted at the same acupoints and electrical stimulation parameters were the same as those of TEAS group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 18-75 years; ?BMI 18-27kg/m2; ?Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy was performed under general anesthesia; ?ASA grade I-III; ?Basic communication skills, agree to participate in the project and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Suffering from severe liver, kidney, heart and lung disease; ?Pituitary, thyroid, adrenal endocrine disease; ?Central nervous system disease or mental illness; ?Drug and alcohol dependence; ?Recent or routine acupuncture treatment of patients; ?There are contraindications associated with transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation (pacemaker or metal implantation, or allergy to epidermal electrodes); ?Neuromuscular diseases; ?Pathological fatigue (e.g. Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson, traumatic brain injury); ?History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
