Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnosis of diabetes; agree to join the joint care and management of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine, sign the informed consent form; patients who can regularly follow up and use mobile app and smart blood glucose meter equipment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-diabetic patients; patients who do not agree to join the joint care and management of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine; patients who are unable to use mobile apps and smart blood glucose meter devices.
