Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the Western diagnostic criteria of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and subclinical hypothyroidism; ? Age: 18 to 65 years old, male or female; ? Patients who have not received thyroid hormone preparations, immune modulators or other methods for the treatment of the disease within 1 month; ? Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Allergic constitution and previous clear related to external drug allergy; ? Patients with major organic diseases, such as serious liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases and infections; ? Central hypothyroidism, viral subacute thyroiditis, postpartum thyroiditis convalescence, hyperthyroidism treatment (radioiodine therapy and subtotal thyroidectomy) and drug induced subclinical hypothyroidism; ? Those who suffer from mental or psychological diseases and cannot cooperate with treatment.
