60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age range: from 60-75 years old; (2)Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure as specified in the 2021ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure; (3)NYHA grade II and III; (4)Currently taking part less than 60 minutes of physical exercise per week; (5)Learn about the clinical trial programs and those who voluntarily participate in them and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Restricted movement of the extremities (2)Poor hypertension control (systolic blood pressure 180mmHg, or diastolic 100 blood pressure mmHg); (3)Resting state heart rate over 120 beats / min, or combined with malignant arrhythmia; (4)Combined with severe renal insufficiency and liver insufficiency (5)Patients with severe infection, COPD, pulmonary heart disease, or respiratory failure; (6)Combined with severe hematopoietic system, tumor and other serious primary diseases; (7)With a severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; (8)Combined severe metabolic and hormonal disorders (such as thyrotoxicosis, diabetic ketosis) (9)In the past 3 months, I will practice traditional TCM skills (such as Taijiquan, Baduanjin, other Qigong, etc).
