18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients over 18 years old; 2) Patients with confirmed or suspected infection; 3) SOFA score = 2 points; 4) Cardiac ultrasound prompts new cardiac dysfunction; 5) Informed consent signed by the subjects themselves or their legal representatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with previous cardiac insufficiency; 2) Patients with previous chronic kidney disease; 3) Patients with previous hepatic insufficiency: liver function (ALT, AST) = 2 times the upper limit of normal; 4) Pregnancy or perinatal patients; 5) Patients who are allergic to ginseng ingredients; 6) Patients who are known to have participated in any other clinical trials within 3 months.
