Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 22 years old = age = 50 years old, male; (2) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria of asthenospermia; (3) Accord with the standard of syndrome differentiation of kidney essence deficiency; (4) The informed consent was signed by the patient himself or by his immediate family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe consumptive diseases or malignant tumor prone diseases affecting semen quality; (2) There were congenital diseases such as cryptorchidism, vas deferens, ejaculatory duct, epididymis, and seminal vesicle dysplasia; (3) Combined chromosomal abnormality; (4) Combined with the infection of genitourinary system such as orchitis, epididymitis, urethritis, mycoplasma and Chlamydia; (5) Suffering from serious mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mental retardation caused by mental disorders, etc; (6) The patient has been in contact with teratogenic drugs and radiation; (7) Excessive smoking (more than 15 cigarettes per day) and excessive drinking (more than 200ml per day) were found; (8) People with bleeding tendency and prone to infection, or patients with severe allergies, skin ulcers, scars and other patients who are prohibited from acupuncture or fainting; (9) Patients who have received acupuncture treatment in recent three months; (10) Patients participating in other ongoing clinical research trials.
