Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute upper respiratory tract infection in children and traditional Chinese medicine for cold and wind-heat syndrome; 2.Age 1 to 13 years old (<14 years old); 3.The informed consent process complies with the regulations, and the legal guardian or the child (=8 years old) signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute infectious laryngitis, acute laryngospasm, and acute epiglottitis that can lead to acute laryngeal obstruction; 2.Children who are allergic to Lianhua Qingwen Granules.
