Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? comply with dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia. ? 18-65 years old, including 18 and 65, regardless of gender. ? the course of disease is consistent with persistent insomnia disorder (course of disease = 3 months). ? insomnia severity index (ISI) > 7. ? right hand. ? sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? insomnia associated with other mental diseases (depression, anxiety, fine score, double equality), physical diseases (pain, stroke, coronary heart disease, tumor, etc.). ? complicated with severe depression and anxiety (PHQ-9 depression screening = 20; GAD-7 anxiety screening = 19). ? insomnia caused by poor sleep hygiene. ? insomnia caused by jet lag and shift work. ? people with high risk of sleep apnea (high risk if there are = 3 positive items in the stop Bang questionnaire). ? people suffering from serious or unstable, uncontrolled chronic diseases, such as hypertension, liver and kidney function damage, etc. ? dependence or abuse of alcohol, drugs and other substances. ? have a history of central nervous system diseases such as epilepsy, brain tumor, hemangioma, encephalitis, acute brain injury, etc. ? pregnant or lactating women and those who plan to become pregnant in the near future. ? there are metal foreign bodies within 30cm of the treatment site, such as artificial cochlea, built-in pulse generator, aneurysm clip, stent, etc. ? regularly take any drugs that affect the central nervous system or sleep within 2 weeks before enrollment, such as sleeping aids, antidepressants, antipsychotics, antiepileptics, etc. ? regularly received TMS, tDCS, ect, acupuncture and other treatments within 1 month before enrollment. ? severe audio-visual impairment, unable to cooperate with the investigator to complete the study.
