Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for cerebral infarction; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine; 3) Cerebrovascular accident occurred in the internal carotid artery system, which was confirmed by head CT or MRI; 4) First stroke patients, onset in 1 week to 6 months; 5) Over 40 years old and under 75 years old, both male and female; 6) The cumulative score of function defect in clinical neurological defect score is larger than or equal to 10 points; 7) Patients with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 8) The score of the kinesthetic and visual imagination questionnaire (Revised Version) test was normal. 9) Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Transient ischemic attack, reversible neurological deficit, etc; 2) The neurological deficits caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases, heart disease, metabolic disorders and other diseases after examination; 3) Patients with intracerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 4) Severe spasm and deformation of lower limbs; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) The number of strokes = 2; 7) Patients with serious primary diseases related to heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system and psychosis.
