Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? At the same time meet the above TCM and Western medicine diagnostic criteria for insomnia. ? Age between 18-65 years old (including 18 years old and 65 years old). ? Disease duration = 6 months ? Able to complete various scoring scales independently ? No insomnia-related treatment was received 1 week before treatment. ? Those who voluntarily participated in this trial, and the patients or their family members signed the informed consent. ? Strictly abide by the test specifications and complete the researcher's treatment plan. Only those who meet the above seven criteria can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; ? Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; ? Exclude patients with insomnia caused by organic diseases or mental disorders, as well as alcohol or drugs. ? Patients who cannot bear the stimulation of acupuncture, are prone to fainting or are allergic to needles;
