Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =80 years, both male and female; ? Intertrochanteric fracture or intertrochanteric fracture was diagnosed by X-ray; ? No absolute contraindications for surgery; ?No other surgical system diseases requiring surgical treatment; ? Informed consent of patients or surrogates; ? Medical history records are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Contraindications of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, including local skin damage, infection or electrophysiological device implanted in the body; ? Pathological fracture, multiple fracture; ? Patients with absolute contraindications or severe primary diseases can not tolerate surgery; ? Patients with mental diseases (including dementia, depression, schizophrenia, etc.) ? Patients with severe immune system diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, SLE, Sjogren's syndrome, scleroderma, myositis, mixed connective tissue disease, etc.) ?
