Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic standards, staging standards and positioning standards of traditional Chinese and western medicine for peripheral facial paralysis; ? Right-handed, aged from 18 to 65; ? Facial paralysis is unilateral and the course of disease is at least three months; ? Signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Central facial paralysis, peripheral facial paralysis acute stage; ? Diabetic peripheral neuropathy and other secondary and primary neurological diseases; ? Leukemia, thrombocytopenia and other bleeding tendency; ? Long illness weak, severe neurosis, epilepsy, dementia, pregnant or breastfeeding women; ? Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, cerebrovascular, tumor diseases, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe high fever; ? Acupuncture points or the skin near the infected; Or patients with coagulopathy.
