Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed as borderline hypertension, i.e. those who have not taken antihypertensive drugs in the past 4 weeks and who have not taken antihypertensive drugs for three consecutive times in the same day within one week, have their brachial artery sitting blood pressure, systolic blood pressure (SBP) 120-139mmhg and / or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) 80-89mmhg. ? Age 18-65 years old, gender unlimited. ? Voluntarily participate in and cooperate with researchers, and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Definite patients with primary and secondary hypertension. ? Patients with language and mental disorders who cannot cooperate in filling out the questionnaire.
