Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria of overweight or obesity;b.Gender is unlimited,18=age=40;c.No other weight loss measures other than lifestyle intervention have been taken in recent 3 months;d.Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Secondary obesity caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,hypothyroidism, hypothalamic syndrome,anterior pituitary hypofunction,Cushing syndrome and other diseases;b.Accompanied by psychosis or hyperlipidemia,diabetes,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,liver and kidney dysfunction and other diseases;c.Skin disease,severe allergic constitution or scar constitution;d.Pregnant,pregnant or lactating women;e.Participating in other clinical researchers.
