Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed by electronic colonoscopy and pathology, it meets the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis in the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease revised in 2018; ? The patient complained of fatigue symptoms, and the score of MFI-20 in Chinese version in 2008 was = 20; ? The modified Mayo score = 10 points for patients in mild and moderate active phase and remission phase; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Junior high school or above; ? Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, digestive and other system diseases; ? Complicated with severe extraintestinal manifestations such as joints, skin, eyes and mouth, or having undergone surgical treatment; ? Patients with arthritis and other motor system diseases; ? Those whose skin is broken, scarred or scabby and should not be massaged; ? Massage patients with local skin allergy or skin diseases; ? Patients with mental illness; ? Patients participating in other clinical trials.
