Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female aged 20 to 35 years. 2.meeting the diagnostic criteria for PCOS. 3.meeting the diagnostic criteria for female infertility. 4.meeting the diagnostic criteria for obesity. 5.Tubal patency test,including hysterosalpingography and diagnostic laparoscopy,etc.,showing patency of at least one of the fallopian tubes. 6.The husband's semen analysis is normal:1.sperm density?15×106/ml;2.forward-moving sperm?32%;3.normal morphology sperm?4%. 7.Subjects voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with congenital defects or malformations of the reproductive organs,organic lesions. 2.other endocrine diseases: hyperprolactinemia,abnormal thyroid function,adrenocortical hyperplasia,androgen-secreting tumors,Cushing syndrome,patients with poorly controlled type I or type II diabetes mellitus (defined as glycated hemoglobin level >7.0%),etc. 3.Patients with combined medical, surgical, psychiatric or other serious primary diseases, acute infectious diseases, somatic organic diseases, and oncological diseases. 4.Patients who have used drugs that can affect the level of sex hormones,blood glucose or insulin in the body within the last 3 months. 5.Received acupuncture treatment for this disease in the last 3 months. 6.Have experienced medication for weight loss or dieting for weight loss within the last 3 months. 7.Other infertility factors (chromosomal, tubal,endometriosis,uterine fibroids,male factor,etc.). 8.HIV,mycoplasma,chlamydia screening with positive results. 9.did not agree to sign the study informed consent form.
