18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Postpartum LBP diagnosis b)Aged 18 to 40, BMI<23.9 within one year of the onset of disease c)The patient has signed the relevant informed consent, voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and insisted on completing the course of treatment d)Primigravidae to avoid any confounding effects from previous pregnancies and deliveries e)No speech or comprehension disorder, could understand the relevant score scale and cooperate to complete the treatment actively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, autoimmune disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc b)LBP caused by spinal malformation, spinal tumor, cancer metastasis, organic disease of genital and urinary system and tuberculosis, etc c)Patients with LBP before pregnancy or patients have lumbar surgery or fracture d)Women during pregnancy e)Patients with bleeding tendency, severe allergy or severe skin ulceration f)Patients with the use of other therapies or analgesics during the study phase
