Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for simple obesity; ? Body mass index: 28kg/m^2=BMI<37.5kg/m^2; ? Meet the phlegm-dampness constitution criteria; ? Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; ? Patients who agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent form, and were able to cooperate with the investigator to complete the collection of relevant data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other serious primary diseases (severe insufficiency of important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney, severe cerebrovascular disease, severe bone and joint diseases such as fractures, coagulation disorders and other blood system diseases, other diseases that affect diet and exercise, etc.); ? Chronic diseases such as diabetes and gout that require long-term medication; ? Combined with other infectious diseases or mental diseases; ? Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and women planning to become pregnant; ? Those who cannot communicate normally; ? Participating in other clinical subject experiments; ? Subjects who are not suitable for fasting intervention.
