Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A normal patient,or comply with the diagnostic criteria of diabetes patients, to the diagnostic criteria of Hypertension patients;2.Corrected visual acuity =1.0(national standard logarithmic test chart 5 meters);3.Diopter within -3.00D + 2.50D;4.Aged 18 to 70 years:5.Informed consent,volunteer subjects,to obtain the informed consent process comply with GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. The tongue is covered with the whole tongue and there are ecchymosis spots; 3. The opacity of refractive medium has an impact on fundus image acquisition; 4. patients with severe diabetes, hypertension complications and severe fundus changes affect the fundus image collection and analysis. 5. Suffering from retinitis pigmentosa, macular disease, glaucoma, eye trauma and other ophthalmic diseases and eye surgery history; 6. Patients with heart disease and other serious diseases and mental illness; 7. Have a long history of smoking and drinking.
