Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50 to 80 years 2.Meet the 2018 Chinese guideline for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis 3.Preoperative venous ultrasonography exclude deep venous thrombosis 4.Preoperative D-dimmer is in normal range 5.Preoperative modified wells score=1 6.Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative coagulation disorders 2.Under anticoagulant therapy 3.Preoperative deep venous thrombosis 4.Use of acupuncture in past 1 month 5.Severe hepatic insufficiency renal insufficiency cardiovascular disease or cancer
