Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients suffering from blood diseases, serious liver diseases, tumors and other poor coagulation function or critically ill condition; (2) patients suffering from acute infectious diseases; (3) Patients with trauma, wound infection or local wounds; (4) Those who have used relevant test materials in the past and have allergies; (5) Patients with recent open surgery; (6) Patients with rheumatic diseases or immune diseases who need to take hormones for a long time; (7) Patients with systemic infection.
