18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) with a diagnosis of knee PTOA, X-ray stages II and III osteoarthritis according to the criteria proposed by Kellgren and Lawrence, (b)age 18-65, (c)understood Chinese and be willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) with non-traumatic causes of knee OA or other causes of knee joint dysfunction, (b)with severe osteoporosis or severe intra-articular infection, joint tuberculosis, tumor, (c)with psychiatric disorders or other cognitive impairments, (d)pregnant or breastfeeding women, (e)with having used anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs within 1 month before enrollment.
