Conditions

Perioperative blood pressure, heart rate, nausea and vomiting

Interventions

Tropisetron group:Tolansetron 5mg was intravenously injected before anesthesia

Esmolol group:Esmolol 20mg was given intravenously before anesthesia

Control group:2ml of normal saline was injected before anesthesia

Acupuncture group:Neiguan pierced to Waiguan before anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heart and lung functions were normal, no history of drug use, no history of long-term opioid use, and tolerance to surgical anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of hypertension, sinus bradycardia, motion sickness or PONV
