21 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of PCOS and have induced anovulation or have attempted pregnancy without pregnancy for more than 6 months after ovulation; (2)Patients who met the indications of IVF and were determined by reproductive doctors to GnRH antagonist protocol for IVF; (3)21 = age =35; (4)Did not receive acupuncture treatment in the last 3 months; (5)Not participating in other ongoing clinical studies; (6)Patients signed informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Suffering from other diseases affecting fertility; (2)Having a clearly diagnosed autoimmune disease or prethrombotic state; (3)Suffering from uncured endocrine diseases; (4)Suffering from definite diagnosis of internal and surgical serious primary or secondary diseases, progressive or mental diseases; (5)Those who choose other protocols except GnRH antagonist protocol for IVF; (6)Patients with bleeding tendency and prone to infection, or patients with severe allergies, or patients with skin ulcers, scars and other which will influence acupuncture operation.
