18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)females who had a history of breast cancer;2)had a history of mastectomy with or without adjuvant chemotherapy/ radiotherapy; 3)age over 18 years; 4)mild to moderate lymphedema (2-8 cm increase on the average circumference compared to the unaffected arm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)serious lymphedema, >8 cm increase on the average circumference compared to the unaffected arm); 2)in pregnancy or pregnancy preparation; 3)the upper limb edema was caused by thrombosis or stenosis of the subclavian vein; 4)with a history of chronic inflammatory disease or severe trauma, such as cellulitis of tumor metastasis, venous thrombosis; 5)contraindications for laser radiation, such as photosensitivity disorders, infections, or broken skin;
