Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type III chronic prostatitis; (2) Age 18-50; (3) The course of the disease is more than 3 months; (4) NIH-CPSI score = 15 points; (5) Voluntarily cooperate with acupuncture treatment and sign the informed consent. Only if the above five items are met at the same time can be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other urinary system-related diseases, such as: other types of prostatitis, prostate tumors, urinary tract infections, bladder outlet obstruction, cystitis, bladder tumors, etc.; (2) Combination of diseases affecting the function of the lower urinary tract, such as: multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, cauda equina injury, stroke and multiple system atrophy; (3) Taking drugs to relieve symptoms of CP/CPPS in the past 2 months, or receiving non-drug therapy; (4) Complicated with severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, blood system disease, and mental disease; (5) There are any contraindications to acupuncture, scars or infections at the site of acupuncture, or systemic diseases that researchers believe are inappropriate for measures; (6) Those who are participating in other clinical trials. Those who meet any of the above items are not eligible to join the group.
