Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were diagnosed as AE-IPF according to medical records; 2.Patients who were aged between 40 and 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were pregnant or lactating; 2.Patients who had active tuberculosis,bronchiectasis or other serious respiratory diseases; 3.Patients who had severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 4.Patients who had tumor.
