Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maintain systematic training of the high-level swimming team at XX University during the experiment; 2. The main event is 50, 100 meters swimming; 3. National level athlete and above level; 4. Physically and mentally healthy, no high-risk diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes or mental illness, no bad living habits (smoking, alcoholism, etc.); 5. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form to comply with the provisions of the experimental intervention process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People suffering from high-risk diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, or mental and psychological diseases; 2. People who are not able to maintain regular training during the experiment.
