Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1 inclusion criteria:insomnia: 1) met the above diagnostic criteria; 2) No systematic treatment for insomnia was used within three months before treatment; 3) PSQI score = 8; Hamilton Depression Scale score < 7; Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score < 14; 4) Course of disease = 3 months; 5) Age = 18 to = 50; 6) Right hander. Healthy volunteer: 1) Age = 18 to = 50;2) No complaints about the quantity or quality of sleep;3) PSQI score < 8, Hamilton Depression Scale score < 7, Hamilton Anxiety Scale score < 14;4) Those who are confirmed to be in good health after physical examination and have no important organic or functional diseases;5) Right hander. Study 2: inclusion criteria 1) met the above diagnostic criteria; 2) No systematic treatment for insomnia was used within three months before treatment; 3) PSQI score = 8; Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score < 7; Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score < 14; 4) Course of disease = 3 months; 5) Age = 18 to = 50; 6) Right hander; 7) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1: exclusion criteria: 1) complicated with depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders; 2) Patients with suicidal tendencies; 3) There are serious diseases of other systems that need treatment; 4) Sleep apnea syndrome; 5) Those with a history of head trauma. Study 2: exclusion criteria: 1) complicated with depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders; 2) Patients with suicidal tendencies; 3) Those who have serious diseases of other systems that need treatment; 4) Sleep apnea syndrome; 5) Patients with skin related diseases such as skin damage and allergy at acupuncture points.
