Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the above diagnostic criteria; ? Age 10-18 years old; ?Risser sign 0 ~ ? degree; (4) Cobb Angle of the main bend area was 10° ~ 45°, and the parietal vertebra was located below T6 vertebra; ? Had not received orthotics or sports gymnastics treatment before; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent; Can adhere to the treatment as planned, and cooperate with the researchers of this subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Congenital scoliosis, postural scoliosis, neuromuscular scoliosis or other secondary scoliosis; ? Cobb Angle of main bend > 45°, Risser sign above ? degree; ? Have a history of spinal surgery; ? Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, liver, kidney, blood system and other primary diseases and mental disorders.
