Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria for supraspinatus tendinitis; (2) Age 20-70 years old, male or female; (3) No contraindications of acupotomy; (4) Agree to accept the treatment according to this plan and follow up the observers; (5) Willing to sign the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, mental illness, liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, connective tissue diseases, hematopoietic system disorders, general weakness and bleeding tendency; (3) Those with other shoulder complications, such as shoulder dislocation, fracture, supraspinatus tendon rupture, frozen shoulder, biceps long head tendonitis or other acute soft tissue injuries of the shoulder; (4) Those who are receiving other treatment items that may affect the observation indicators of this study;
