Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 30 = age =75; (2) Confirmed by coronary angiography; There were no contraindications for interventional therapy, and PCI was successful. (3) Postoperative cardiac function grading was grade ? -III; (4) No serious respiratory diseases; (5) Normal joint movement, no history of arthritis and bone disease; (6) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)> 40% by echocardiography; Systolic blood pressure <160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure <90mmHg; (7) The person who signs the informed consent of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with diseases of the blood system or serious liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation disorder; (2) A history of surgery, trauma, bleeding or anticoagulant contraindications within 3 months; (3) Hemodynamic instability (cardiogenic shock and acute left heart failure); (4) unstable angina; (5) uncontrolled severe arrhythmias; (6) Motor system dysfunction, affecting rehabilitation; (7) pregnancy or lactation; (8) Insufficient understanding and compliance of this study, inability to cooperate and follow up, etc.
