Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD 2. Aged 40-80 years 3. No participation in other clinical studies within 1 month before inclusion 4. Voluntarily accept the treatment plan, and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, hemoptysis, massive pleural effusion or pneumothorax 2. Patients with pulmonary embolism, lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other maintenance anticoagulant therapy 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, hematological diseases, malignant tumors, etc
