Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine According to the 2016 Rome IV standard of functional constipation, it is divided into two levels according to age, children under 4 years old and children = 4 years old. The main symptoms include: ? defecation frequency = 2 times per week; * there is a large history of fecal retention. ? Difficult defecation or history of pain; ? There is a huge fecal mass in the rectum; ? The stool is rough and hard, and the toilet is blocked. Including the above = 2 symptoms, lasting for 1 month. Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese Medicine Refer to the diagnostic efficacy standard of TCM syndrome, pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine (Ninth Edition, China traditional Chinese Medicine Press, 2012), and pediatric massage (Second Edition, people's Health Press, 2016) Main symptoms: (1) prolonged defecation interval; (2) Dry stool; (3) Difficult defecation; (4) Abdominal fullness. Secondary symptoms: red face and lip, abdominal pain, short red urine, bad breath, red tongue, yellow fur, purple fingerprint or strong pulse number. With 2 main symptoms and 2 secondary symptoms, at least 4 can be diagnosed in combination with tongue and pulse. Inclusion criteria Those who meet the following diagnostic criteria will be selected into the group: (1) It meets the Rome ? Western medical diagnostic criteria of functional constipation in children; (2) Conform to the standard of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine; (3) 1 = age = 6 years old; (4) The legal guardian of the child was informed and agreed to receive treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Does not meet the above diagnostic and inclusion criteria; (2) Children younger than 1 year old and older than 6 years old; (3) Children with severe mental disorders; (4) It was definitely diagnosed as organic constipation; (5) Complicated with serious primary diseases; (6) Those who have constipation treatment experience in recent one week; (7) Those who have skin ulceration or massage at acupoints.
