Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with non acute episode IPF diagnosed by western medicine; (2) TCM syndrome belongs to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; (3) Patients with fixed contact information and possibility of follow-up; (4) Aged between 40 and 75.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who do not meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria; (2) Patients with other serious cardiopulmonary diseases, endocrine diseases, autoimmune diseases or chronic consumptive diseases, bronchiectasis, pleural lesions and other diseases; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and psychosis; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Those who fail to take medicine according to the regulations, unable to determine the curative effect or incomplete data affect the determination of curative effec
