Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy volunteers with no abnormal clinical manifestations; or those who meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with UC (left colon type, active, mild) dampness pattern and other non-damp syndromes; (2) Age between 18-70 years old; (3) Not taking antibiotics, steroids and other hormones, Chinese herbal medicine preparations (including oral and intravenous injection), probiotics such as probiotics or yogurt in the past week; (4) The patient signed the informed consent and was willing to accept the corresponding examination and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases, hematopoietic system, nervous system or mental diseases; (2) Combined with other organic diseases of the digestive system (such as peptic ulcer), or systemic diseases that affect the motility of the digestive tract (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes); (3) Those who are using or need to continue to use drugs that may affect gastrointestinal function (antidiarrheals, antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, intestinal flora regulators, antibiotics, etc.); (4) Those who have a history of allergy to related drugs used in the study and a history of severe food allergy.
