Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for insomnia and subjective cognitive decline; (2) Age 18-80 years old; (2) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)> 7 points; (3) No abnormal immunity, neurological disorders, etc., and no infection; (4) Have not taken psychotropic drugs in the past month; (5) The subject or his guardian informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary insomnia; (2) There is a history of diseases that affect cognitive function, such as Alzheimer's disease, cerebrovascular disease, craniocerebral infection and trauma, etc.; (3) Patients with severe visceral dysfunction and blood system diseases such as blood coagulation dysfunction, platelet abnormalities, etc. are forbidden from acupuncture; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Those who do not cooperate with the scale assessment due to language barriers or other reasons.
