Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Tinnitus as the first chief complaint; ? Consistent with TCM syndrome differentiation and classification; ? Patients aged 18-70 years (gender not restricted, including those aged 18, 70 years; ? Sensorineural with or without hearing loss; ? Voluntarily join in this study, willing to obey the treatment protocol and process, completed the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? objective tinnitus; ? Age under 8 years or over 70 years, or pregnant, lactating women; ? Objective tinnitus such as vasogenic or myogenic; ? Other lesions of the auditory system such as: acoustic neuroma, etc; ? Tinnitus caused by other factors of non otogenic origin such as endocrine, blood, etc; ? Poor general base condition, or those with combined severe diabetes mellitus, severe cardio cerebrovascular disease, hepatic and renal impairment, malignancy, as well as hematologic and other diseases; ? Received other treatment for failure to follow medical advice during the study.
