18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have symptoms and signs of connective tissue disease (CTD); 2. Antinuclear antibody positive; 3. Does not meet any CTD diagnosis; 4. The medical history is greater than or equal to 2 years; 5. It is in line with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp toxin internal resistance and yin deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine; 6. Aged 18 to 65 years; 7. Patients informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organ or mental disorder. 2. Patients who are allergic to or have contraindications to the drugs involved in the study protocol.
