Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the RA classification criteria of the 2010 ACR/EULAR; 2.5.1>DAS28>3.2; 3. RA patients with spleen deficiency and damp toxin stasis syndrome; 4. The disease duration is less than 24 months; 5. 18 years old to 65 years old; 6. Patients informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe organ disease or mental illness; 2. Patients treated with glucocorticoids; 3. Those who are allergic to or have contraindications to the drugs involved in the research protocol.
