Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the disease diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris; ? The patient's age was 18-65 years old; ? Regression stage (in line with clinical stage); ? Type ?,? and ? according to the recurrence; ? Patients with recurrent psoriasis were investigated by questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient is under 18 years old or over 65 years old; ? Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; ? Joint type, pustular type and erythroderma type psoriasis; ? Patients with severe organic diseases of heart, brain, liver and kidney and primary diseases of hematopoietic system; ? During the intervention period, oral or external use of retinoids, glucocorticoids and other drugs that affect the intervention results; ? Patients with psoriasis were classified as type I, II and III according to the recurrence.
