Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with chronic nasal - sinusitis diagnostic criteria. Diagnostic Standard Reference "China Chronic Sinus Diagnosis and Treatment Guide (2018)". (2) Chronic nasal-sinusitis is not with nasal polyps. (3) Age is greater than 18 years old, less than 65 years old, no patient with coagulation dysfunction. (4) Subjects agree to this study, cooperate with good, and signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Has obvious surgical indications, and there is obvious anatomy in the nasal cavity. (2) There is a good harvest of cigarettes, drug abuse or use drugs. (3) In the first month of the group, it passed through chronic sinusitis drug or other drug therapy. (4) Pregnancy or lactating women. (5) The patient has an allergic tendency and is known to be allergic to this drug. (6) Has a merger of massive diseases such as cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and blood system; patients who have long touched anticoagulant drugs; (7) Patients with spiritual, intelligence, language, communication disorders, unable to cooperate.
