Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) 18 years old=age=25 years old; (3) The disease course is between 2 months and 12 months; (4) Those with bone and joint system diseases (such as congenital scoliosis, deformity, bone tuberculosis, bone tumors, etc.) are excluded; (5) Those who participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are receiving other treatment; (2) Those with a history of acute trauma to the shoulder and neck or major surgery; (3) Those who do not accept the treatment plan.
