Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the western medicine diagnosis of recurrent abortion standards developed by the "practical obstetrics and gynecology"; 2.Abnormal uterine artery flow parameters: one or both uterine artery flow resistance index (RI) >=0.8, or the sum of peak systolic flow rate/end diastolic flow rate (S/D) of uterine arteries is >=12.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are other causes of recurrent abortion diseases such as chromosomal abnormalities, anatomical malformation of the reproductive system, genetic diseases, abnormal endocrine function, autoimmune antibody positive, etc.; 2.There are serious organic diseases of heart, liver and kidney; 3.Complicated with tumor or blood system disease; 4.There are contraindications to low molecular weight heparin, such as liver and kidney insufficiency, bleeding, etc.; 5.Poor compliance, difficult to cooperate.
