Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)It meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM (refer to the TCM Diseases and Syndromes part of the Diagnosis and Treatment Guide for Common Diseases of TCM Internal Medicine published by China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press in 2008). , Diagnostic criteria for syndrome of gallbladder and Qi deficiency (refer to TCM clinical terms syndrome part GB/T16751.2-1997) and Diagnostic criteria for Western Medicine published by American Psychiatric Association Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-V-TR/ Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th edition). (2)The second item of Outline operation of TCM psychology characteristic diagnosis"worry, fear, fear of things (or heard or seen)" contains at least one content; (3)The average score of fear and inadequate self perception in WMPI subscale was greater than 2, or the total score was greater than 52. (4)PSQI score > 7; (5)Ages 18-70; (6)Education level of junior high school or above;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Speech communication disorder (based on preliminary interview, occupation, education, etc.); (2)Unable to participate in psychological intervention for 4 consecutive times or unable to complete follow-up; (3)Patients with serious physical diseases such as heart disease, brain organic disease and malignant tumor; (4)Insomnia caused by mental and psychological diseases, various physical diseases, alcohol or drugs; (5)Insomnia caused by paroxysmal sleeping sickness, respiratory disorders and biorhythm disorders; (6)Persons who are unable to engage in light sports activities due to physical disorders or physical diseases; (7)Pregnant and lactating women.
