Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10-F45.4: persistent somatoform pain disorder (2) Male or female, age 18-60, right-handed (3) Not taking antidepressants within 4 weeks or receiving rTMS and electroconvulsive therapy within 1 year (4) No family history of mental illness; Be able to independently complete relevant scale evaluation, (5) The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital, and all patients gave informed consent and signed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other related physical diseases and pain, patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and blood system diseases or malignant tumors, psychiatric patients, diabetes patients and patients with bleeding tendency (2) accompanied by schizophrenia or related disorders (3) Patients with poor compliance (4) Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and opioid analgesics should be taken during the treatment; Taking benzodiazepines or antiepileptics (5) Refusal to sign informed consent (6) Women in lactation and pregnancy
