Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-65? ??????????????? ??????????????????; ????; 50/5000 18-65 years old; Diagnosed as cervical and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome; Be able to understand learning information and provide written informed consent; Non-pregnant persons;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical vertebra fracture, dislocation, acute cervical disc herniation; Tuberculosis, neoplasms and infections and various muscular diseases; Rheumatism. Body mass index (BMI) > 25kg/m2; Incomplete data affect inspection judgment;
